Yes, you can cancel the order immediately after the payment by calling our Customer Service or you can cancel the order 24hours before the shipment. You will get 100% for the cancelled order if the Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payment is not captured.� For the captured payment you will be getting 90% refund of your amount.
We won't entertain cancellation of order after shipment.
The amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days from the date of receiving the refund email for the cancelled order / difference in amount for the partial order delivery.
